1. Responsibility for Equipment
You are fully responsible for all equipment provided during your session. Any loss, damage, or misuse of equipment during your booking period is your liability.
2. Care of Equipment
All equipment must be treated with care and used correctly. You agree to operate all kit in a safe and appropriate manner.
3. Damage & Charges
Any damaged, lost, or faulty equipment caused during your session will be charged at the full cost of repair or replacement. This will be assessed by THE DEN.
4. Conduct & Usage
You agree to follow all THE DEN booking rules and conduct policies while on site. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate.
5. Booking Acceptance
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
