When do my hours reset?
Hours reset each month on your billing date.
Can I use my hours for any session?
Yes — any available studio session can be paid with membership hours.
What happens if I cancel?
Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period. Unused hours expire.
Can I roll over unused hours?
No — unused hours do not carry over to the next month.
Can I rejoin after cancelling?
Not straight away — once a membership is cancelled, you can't take out a new one for 6 months. You can still book the studio in that time, but bookings will be at full price.
